Well just 1 hour ago I got an accepted offer on a very nice home :)

My first offer was Wednesday night, so this moved faster then I thought fast forwarding to tonight.

Franklin Brick Ranch with two 2.5 garages

It's time to start packing !!!

I wouldn't pack until the house goes through the appraisal! Need a satisfactory appraisal first before your loan goes through to closing. Also, don't spend your money having a home inspection done....pay a plumber, roofer, electrician etc to come eval the property's condition for you. Make sure to pay someone you trust to check out the furnace! :rolf Good looking house for sure

Wow the internet is amazing, I searched 1959 ranch for sale Franklin and found your house, that is a nice quiet neighborhood, I lived about 1/2 mile south of their from 1994-1999 and loved it. Congrats!
