Just picked up a tonneau cover from a friend for my truck. Three of the 4 clamps that hold the rails on the bed have the screws broken off in them. The clamps are made of aluminum and the screws are rather rusted. Anyone know of any place that I can get replacement clamps for it, or know of a sure fire way to get the screws out with out hurting the threads on the clamps them self?

Maybe here? You could use vice grips as temporary until you can find a suitable replacement or fix your clamps.

If you want them quicker, run up the road to Ultimate Truck. I wouldn't be surprised if they have something that worked.

Yeah, I tried them already. All they have is clamps for a truck cap. If I cant find them, I will probably just drill into the bed. It is just a $500 truck, and no matter what I do to it, as long as it runs, it will always be a $500 truck lol

I thought about the clamp thing too. I have to see if I can get my hands on one at work. The factory clamps clamp on to the underside of the bed rail and into the tonneau rail, so It could work.
