Your roommate will be Wikked. He can attest to any questions or concerns you may have (or me). The place is about a 1000sq foot Ranch home with basement and large garage and wooden fenced in backyard. I bought the house next door so I will be living next door to you.
The location is a block away from Lake Michigan and right off of HWY 32 and 6 Mile Road in Caledonia, WI. Very quiet and peaceful. Nice to walk down to the lake, lay on the beach or swim.
1:15 to downtown Chicago
40-45 to the North side of Milwaukee
45 to Brookfield
20-25 minutes to downtown
30 minutes to Mayfair
30 minutes to Bayshore
Rent is somewhat negotiable based on the person and circumstances along with utilities. Garage use can also be a possibility. Again, based on the person.
Move in date will probably be either November 1, 15th, or December 1st.
