he spent more money on gas than he did on food.
sadly this is gonna be a reality we all face the way gas prices have been rising.

I dont really see what was cool about that video besides the car. He didn't get on it once :sgay

But I guess since theres snow and wet roads everywhere it could turn ugly very fast.

nothing cool about a 7second car on the street? that topped out a dyno :) you got your sights set waaay too high, hehe. j/k. it's a boring video, but just funny the fact he has it driving on the street as well as the power windows still.

Sorry Chris, ya I see what is cool about it but at the same time it might just be one of the most idiotic things i've seen in quite some time. I just think it shows no respect at all for what he's got (mainly because of the salt, summer would be totally different) Eh, maybe I am just that old school and destined only for a trailer/garage queen.

It is cool though a 7 sec ride going through a drive through, they must have been like WTF?

Nah, it's more like self preservation. That car makes a ton more power than my Road Runner made even on the spray, and that car (RR) was insane on the street. It needed slicks, and dry roads. That goof was driving a LOW 7 sec. car on wet roads with slicks. If he'd even more than blipped the throttle, he might easily have wiped out a $100,000+ investment. I dig the drive, but I just can't imagine driving that car in those conditions... :wow

I would have totally **** if I saw a car like that driving around!! That rocked!!

I'll agree though, driving it in the snow wasn't that cool, but really, how is there left of that body that's metal? And its not like hes making a habit of it.

I'm not sure what the rules are like today, but back when I was thinking about running S/ST, the only plastic I would have legally been able to run was the hood. That car probably still has most of the factory sheet metal.

Look up the guy's name as well as "dyno peg" on google or something like that and you'll see it on the dyno top out a dynojet :) as in it flatlines the highest registered hp number, hehe. that and there was a vid floating around of it going down the track. but the dyno video is better.
