There is a home security storefront on Brady St just East of Van Buren. No clue what they have but its local.

Don't know if my company will do a "one of" but you could try. Custom Wire Industries. Other than that, I could see if I could source the cable from stock. I can't get it for free. Can you terminate the ends yourself? On the eBay post, it appears to be two BNC connectors plus one male mini plug and a female mini jack. You could also try a company called I-Cut...I think they are in Meno falls

DYI. It's really simple. You would want one end unterminated anyway (to cut the cable to length).

Do you want RG-6 or 59 with power? I can get it. You want a box of 250'?

I'm thinking RG316DS for the BNCs and simple 18 awg electric 2 conductor cord for the others. Wouldn't RG59 or 6 be too bulky?

Ahhh, we do custom install cams, so we use 59&6 and terminate our ends.
