The real cheap shot was Ortiz's very intentional head butt that took place before this. Even Ortiz admitted he should have protected himself. If anyone is to blame it is the ref for looking away and not having control of the situation. Mayweather was winning the match easily up to that point. The only boxer that has a chance of beating Mayweather is Pacquaio.

As stated earlier, video taken out of context. If you show the entire fight you see that Ortiz is warned for head butts. Gotta protect yourself at all times. All this video shows is that Mayweather is the smarter fighter. He knew the rules and took full advantage of the situation.
