Want to thank you for not letting up after you got the launch ;) Also probably followed you longer than what would normally be socially acceptable waiting for a race. Also heard you got a taste of a H\C\I spray C5?

Anyways, fun race and badass car! :banana1:

edit : I'm pretty sure I remember a wing, so I think it was a Superleggera, and you launched the ever living dogshit out of me, so LP 570-4 Superleggera?

When and where? Wonder if it was when I was taking my mom for a ride. I just got the most unbelievably hilarious video of it. Pretty sure its going to go viral.

You sure it was my ride? Its decently loud but its actually not crazy loud. There are lots of guys running resonators and I actually have mufflers. In fact I want to make it louder because it hides the cams :fire

Thanks for the compliments though. When am I gonna get a ride in the centrifugal beast?

Seen that Lambo with a parking ticket on it by Mo's Irish pub on Bluemound rd. That was over a month ago..had temp plates then also.

Seen the Lambo Sunday night going down 164 towards New Berlin/Waukesha about 9:30. He raced some guy in an old Chevy pick-up truck twice. Once from a 40mph roll and again off a red light. Thats until a squad blew past me and behind the lambo and pulled him over. Whoops... Broke my #1 golden rule of street racing. Only race vehicles that are worthy of a race. Why waste your time (points and $$) on a friggen chevy pick-up? I think he may have learned that lesson the hard way. Good thing I was in my wifes explorer and not my mustang or it could have been me. The cop prob would have picked the lambo over the mustang anyway to pull over. It was a nice lambo though. I guessed a superleggera as well.

Ahh yes. Think I went down there and turned around, don't remember why. But got really nasty in second :thumbsup Twas enjoying the dense air :goof

As for the lambo racing the truck and getting popped, that sucks. That will probably end his racing streak. Which is a shame because its hard to find exotic owners who will race. Its even harder to find ones that will lose and not be a dick about it.

I guess I'd probably be in the same boat if people were trying to race me 24\7. IDK, I haven't even gotten pulled over since I got the car.

Better knock on some wood.

No kidding. I just ripped up beloit on my way to work and heard sirens immediately during it. Butt puckered up a little then a fire truck came out of the road I just passed. :rolf

My time will come, but I'm pretty good about checking around everywhere and not speeding in areas where I can't see what I'm coming on. I guess I'm kind of forced to because of the springs.

we got passed by him shortly after this experience with nickerz on i43 north he crossed three lanes of traffic and the run off on the 894-43 split infront of a cop... cop pulled over a little silver sentra instead of going after the lambo... if he keeps driving like that he is going to own a really shiney piece of black crumpled metal...

Here's a link to his ex-fiance http://www.mobilewomen.org/2010/11/hey-jen.html

You can see the kick ass whip she's riding in now. Almost as cool as his Lambo. Or Escalades.

He was even cooler when he begged the Judge not to be sent to jail cause he loved her so much and would stay with her forever. She begged the court as well. And as soon as his probation was done, he was out. Well even before then he was banging other women. I'd definitely say the guy deserves a free meal at Oscars for being so cool. Can't wait to see him destroy another person's life since he obviously hasn't learned a thing.

Went to high school with both of them. Just another guy with money who gets away with everything because of it. I see him all the time now hauling ass through residential neighborhoods looking for his next victim cause he needs to feed his ego still. And it drives me nuts to see people feed into it even more.

You spend inordinate amounts of time obsessing about stupid details instead of just enjoying the cars and the scene. Give it up man before you give yourself a heart attack. I don't care about the track and my times prove it. If you want to pay for track insurance and cover my rear\IRS for me I'll drop the clutch at 7K on slicks and run a 10.75@130mph.

Or after you did "research" (reading forums) found out I was correct about water\meth injection for boosted cars.

Don't worry, he'll be back. Even IRL he's a walking argument. Mix up one minor detail describing something, 10 minute long discussion. Have a topic which has any amount of nuance, 10 minute long black\white argument.

The Cobra crew refers to KB\Whipples as "Twin Screws." Its just an unpolished way of differentiating between the standard Eatons and the minor fact that Eatons also have "two screws" is an argument in itself.

This may get interesting next time I see you.

You see the irony of this post don't you? You put on a couple pulleys and adjusted a clutch cable. I extend my deepest gratitude to you (never mind the fact I'm always willing to pay anyone for labor because working on cars sucks), and you come on here and try to act like a big shot posting about stuff like when we went to the track? You and I both had in depth conversations about how I am not willing to risk crashing my car since insurance does not cover it, and I'm not willing to risk detonating my rear\half shafts. You realize how annoying that is? Who is going to want to hang out with you if all you do is try to poke holes in their good time.

You're acting like a high school kid. I honestly only expect to see you at Frame Park, because the idea of you blathering your mouth every chance you get without telling the whole story to act like a hotshot is annoying. Just like when the first pulley blew out and you were practically tripping over yourself to post on BCM about it.

I seriously don't even understand how that guy lives with himself. I was thinking about it yesterday as I was driving. If you PARALYZED your girlfriend and its your god damn fault the LEAST you could do would be to stay with her. The fact that guy didn't go to prison, and the judge wasn't smart enough to know what would have happened is a travesty.

He ruined that woman's life. I guess there's a thin line between a hooligan and a moron. Kind of a sad realization.

What bothers me the most about him is he hasn't changed. As bad as the accident was I get that people make bad decisions sometimes. Lord knows I've driven more then a few times when I should have not. But I would hope to hell I would be a different person because of it. Instead it seems like he thinks he's bulletproof. And I think it's just a matter of time, by the way I always see him showing off, that he ends up destroying someone else's life.

Here's a link to the account of the accident http://www.inspirationspeaks.me/overcomingadversity.htm
The last paragraph really tells alot about the quality person that he is. And why it disgusts me to no end to see him in that car.

Now his ex on the other hand is an inspiration. She lives her life fully. Does public speaking and charity work. Heck she even has planned both our HS reunions.

Someone needs to stop cutting onions in here :crying

Whom are you speaking too? Or are you just asking people in general if they believe everything they see?

If you are referring to me, I was simply asking a legit question about the amount of force. I don't care if he is guilty or not. Guilty or not makes no difference to me. All Im curious about is if that is indeed legal to use that type of force. I only ask because I've seen plenty of videos in my short time On this earth and Ive seen plenty of officers who if I were in their shoes I would love to deck someone. Im talking about the times where the criminal punches and hits the officer but I have yet to see a officer use similar type of force back. They pretty much end up subduing them and that is usually it.

I'm thinking a guy that has access to money like that is probably not the guy you want to be punching in the head. I'm sure its 70% that its legit, but you want a lawyer you work on that 30% and turn it into a settlement? Bad move on the cops part IMO. Arresting him with his past would have been sufficient.

Also I believe I have video of those two guys racing, not of the same night. So its not surprising they were racing down town.

edit : Looking at the picture, I'm not sure if this is the same guy I raced or the same guy that got his girlfriend at the time in a wheelchair. The guy I remember had blond hair, but it could be. That cop will probably be securing armored cars soon. The "bad guy" was clearly resisting arrest while cop #3 was standing in front of the Tahoe watching in awe. Cop #2 was clearly worried about the safety of the officer because he was busy feeling up the blonde. Yes, let's beat someone in the back of the head while their face is on the asphalt and wonder what happens later.

And I'm sure there are plenty of black Gallardos in a low-rent town like Ghettowaukee so I'm sure every po-po knows who the idiot owner is.

The idiot owner is probably going to get to keep his license and the City of Retards is going to be buying him a white Gallardo to go with his black one.

I guess I look at it this way, what would make a cop even think about wanting to be "hyper aggressive" towards you?
I would think if you give them the respect they deserve there wouldn't be a problem.

I'm 52 years old. I've been driving since I was 13 years old. (New Mexico allowed motorcycle license at 13)I've been pulled over countless times in my 39 years of driving and not once had a cop slap me around or rough me up in any way. (most of these years were in Milwaukee) I got some serious speeding tickets in the late 70's drag racing on Hwy 100.
Even being a young smartass back then I still respect the badge.
If someone makes the choice to resist I guess they deserve what they get. Just seems like a no brainer to me. But what do I know? I'm still learning. LOL

The debate about this is pointless. The fact that it even IS a debate means there is probably a large likelihood WE are going to be sending this guy a check. You can jerk off your authoritarian dicks all you want saying "he had it coming" and what not, but at the end of the day, we're paying out the settlement. Its fucking stupid and I'm sure we all prefer someone who should get roughed up doesn't so we don't end up paying for it. This stuff adds up, and when you have cops wasting their time in training classes, and court etc etc that takes away from resources to keep crime down.

In case you haven't noticed, we're trending into one of the higher crime cities in the nation. I don't care what this guy said, or how drunk he was, punching someone in the head while they're face first on the ground is an open invitation for debate on police ethics and brutality. And with that comes lawsuits. Its a waste of everyone's time when this person could have been subdued with less force and saved the theatrics. So pat yourselves on the back if you applaud this type of behavior when he's back on the news financing an underground racing turbo kit with our tax money.

I mean a 1.9(gotta be an over-exaggeration) but even a .19 is still almost 3 times over the limit.

It's as if I were to whip out a pistol and buzz you with a .45 round and then put it back in the holster its ok and I'm innocent, but ONLY if i were to hit you that means I should be dealt with

Its amazing how people want to believe they can see through lambo rear 1/4 panels to see what was going on.

So lets just for a moment all realize that a cell phone video from 50ft away can NOT see everything through those 1/4 panels, and lets just say he WAS laying on his hands trying to keep his drunk ass from getting arrested... at what point do you FORCE his hands behind his back and how would you do it? Sit on his ass for 15 minutes until he can't breathe? Or would that be excessive force since he IS still a human and needs air? WOuld you have another officer grab his arms and force them behind him as you were holding him down? Well that's like an arm lock and could possibly break his arm/shoulder/elbow/hand... so that's excessive force.

Criminals that endanger the lives of anyone(like hop in a car to take a joyride late at night drunk) should be dealt with harshly. especially if they don't immediately comply to pull over/get out of the car/etc... If you are innocent, then you should have no problem doing ANY of that immediately

"If" isn't a crime. And since we can't see through the lambo as to what is going on lets speculate that it is this huge struggle that two cops on the guys back can't handle without pounding the guys face into the ground. Why is the third cop standing there with his hands in his fucking pockets?!?!?!?!??!!? If this was a violent man that two officers can't subdue without using brute force, that cop standing there should be fired for failing to act when his fellow officers were in grave danger.

Sadly this is what I see from all this:

-"IF" this is the same guy that put his gf in a chair driving drunk and then dumped her in her time of need he is a pile of shit rich boy...that as stated before means he gets away with whatever he wants since money > all in this world.

-2nd can someone confirm this is the car owned by said D bag? If it is I feel salty that every time I see him at Pats ribs with his friends I compliment his car.

-3rd Excessive force by trash cops is nothing new...sadly this is why I hate cops. I truly feel sad for those cops that are great people, I have met a few... but it is few and far between. Take a look at the firemans boot and the cops hat at charity events and tell me which one is overflowing with money. LOL

-4th Maybe the cop thought this guy on the ground was the same drunk idiot that we are all learning to hate for ruining a girls life. In that case he should have waiting to identify him correctly and beat him back at the station LOL

-5th Now some guy who is just like his drunk ass idiot friend will get a Lambo of his own with our tax money......Damn..I wish the world I lived in was like Sparta so I could just boot these bitches off a cliff.

-6th No more compliments for this car at Pat's Rib Place.

Carry on BCM...I dont come here for car help...I come here to check out everyones sweet rides and eat popcorn when a pitchfork march gets a brewing like this LOL YAY

If this was a violent man that two officers can't subdue without using brute force, that cop standing there should be fired for failing to act when his fellow officers were in grave danger. It is statements like this that show you're dishonesty in debate.

No one is claiming the officer life or body was in "grave danger". Simply, you come up with the silliest argument you can think someone opposing you can come up with, and then proceed to slay it...even though no one made such statements.

-The officer was accusing him of resisting arrest. True, the suspect might not have been, but he could well have been resisting the officer. You simply don't know, since there is no way you could see this. (btw, in the long version, they spend nearly 10 seconds trying to get the drunk to the ground).

-Resisting arrest does not always entail grave dangers or mortal struggles...in fact, it very rarely does. It can be as simple as giving wrong information, struggling while being handcuffed, refusing to roll or move where the officer wants you, running away, etc.

-Given that, the perp even with an officer on him preventing him from moving can certainly still be resisting. If the officer wants to move him on his belly or to move his hand behind his back to be cuffed, there are plenty of opportunities for the perp to resist.

So the question then becomes, do you really think he was complying?

Then there are others that say that the officer broke a law...which law was that? Officers have compliance tools...up to and including lethal force (in exceptional cases), but "closed fist punches" are certainly included. Why have police officers who've used these techniques for over a century been unaware that what they're doing is against the law? Those that assert this are quite simply ill-informed or willfully ignorant.

But then, therein lies the other assertion made by some...that "we're going to be paying for this." Really? I doubt it. There are successful lawsuits brought against police officers; but I really have a tough time believing that this will be one of them. Drunk guy, no evidence that he was complying with officers orders that I can clearly discern, was struck twice (hardly excessive or does two hit show loss of control on the officers part), oh...and harsh language was used.

What damages or loss does one think this guy can claim? boo-hoo...a cop cursed at a drunk ass...that's hardly the basis of a lawsuit. I mean, it's absolutely true I said there would be a lawsuit...but bringing one and winning one are not close to being one in the same.

This guys lawyer will bring a suit most likely in hopes of a settlement or hopes of finding a sympathetic jury, but its EXTREMELY unlikely that the perp would prevail since pretty much he'd have to show that he wasn't resisting, a dubious claim given his drunkeness and relative incoherence ("IT'S NOT MY CAR...OFFICER...IT'S NOT MY CAR!", like that has anything to do with it...) at the time will likely bias a jury against his testimony.

Im on the fence here, on the one hand I feel like yeah certainly police shouldnt be dishing out beatings but on the other hand it is hard for me to have any sympathy for a drunk driving douchbag endangering people downtown and then not stopping for the police. Its wierd, ive never been abused by an officer... Probably because I dont put myself in that situation where officers are pissed off enough to want to haul me out of the car and hit me lol.

Ultimately though, do you want to be buying this guy a lambo of his own?
