Well cant find out whats causing the wifes car to add pressure to the cooling system so it goes under the knife. Frame got dropped off today to be blasted and coated, and in less than 8 hours its done and ready to be picked up. Thanks to Adam for boxing up the engine to be set out to CA to Kenny Duttweiler.

Bend up some stainless to hold that tank up? Looks good... Thats the last thing I have to do to mount my tank. I think I may also run some lengthened straps so I dont get any rattle back there. Just gotta find myself some good stainless to play with...none laying around :(

Got plans to mount the pump and filters? I also gotta come up with a clean way to tuck that all under there....What pump setup u running on her car?

How can it be a race car? It is just a 6 cyl with a hair dryer that weighs 4,000 lbs.

Did you just weld a schrader valve into the fuel rail? I was going to cut and tap mine but also thought about just having it welded up. Looks cleaner with the valve though..good idea.....gives it a purposeful look.

there was no schrader valve in these rails. She has a aftermarket reg for the fuel so the 6an is welded for the return line

The mint ones and very built ones still bring big $$.. but in these poor economic times you can scoop one up that is in ok shape for ehh...6-8 grand on Turbobuick. Ya they need work but hey...good investment. Alot of them keep floating through the site..wish I could just buy a few of em and wait til they pull 10 grand all day even in ok shape.
