Just want to say hi. :haveabeer

I know Cryptic from another forum and he told me about this forum close to home. Thought I would join and introduce myself.
I have a swapped 1986 Mazda RX7.
79 Chevy 350 that's bored and stroked to 383. Machine work on the block and heads done by Kilpatrick Engines in Waukesha. Dynoed at LMT with a best of 350 RWHP-373 Torque at 6500RPM
Tremec T5 mated to a Mazda TII S4 Clutched Posi Diff (IRS)
Engine has lots of shiny parts for the shows but is thoroughly beaten at GLD.
Suspension has lots of GoKart handling goodies to make it fun.
I've posted some pictures in the "Garage"
Looking forward to meeting some locals.

My sign is Scorpio, I like nice walks........:D

Cool. Welcome!

I've got an 86 RX-7 with the spinny triangle things...I put down about as much power as you, but it breaks way more often :)

LOL.
The swap was started on my car when I got it 4 years ago. (pretty much a basket case) My only experience with the Dorito was my brothers 86 GXL years ago.
That motor lasted 280,000 miles and was autox'd a lot. They're fun motors but I don't know much about them. I know how to work on old skool motors so this car fits me well.
I love the body design and I've liked Chevy motors since I was a kid.

I bought the car in 2008. It was already swapped but falling apart. It could have been at the show from the original owner.
