Best sites to gather info about someone/property

There are two homes out there I'm interested in, some stuff is going on with the city that I know of. I'd like to as much home work as possible, any good sites out there to punch in a address or first/last name ?

Zillow is awesome, heating costs, neigbors home values, tax assesments ect.

Zillow is pretty cool My parents are listing their house and looking it up it seems pretty cool. Although "numbers-wise" its about 20-30k short of what homes are actually selling for in the area since the house down the street sold a couple months ago we know what it went for.
