I have approximately 50 music CDs no longer getting any use. They range from old to new and rap to country. Are they worth anything or garbage (not worth my time)...??? If selling I want them all gone at once.....

Define 'cheap', if you have an idea.....

Got a list of what you have?

No, this is my dilemma. I want to know if going through all them is worth my time......

Probably not, most used media places won't even buy them anymore.

I've got around 300 that I'd probably be lucky to get a buck a piece for. Stupid internet.

$1 or $2 depending on what you have...better than just chucking them...

I can understand your dilemma, not wanting to go through them. If I were more local I would stop by to take a look and make you an offer.

After posting this thread I got extremely curious which CDs I placed in this box, been a long time since looking. I should have time Saturday to go through them......

half price books will buy any cd and offer ok price still, some rarer discs sell on ebay like I had the original press of mindless self indulgence - tight and got 117.00 for it on ebay. Mega media xchange only buys mint stuff discs i guess get like speck size damage from being played alot and they wont take them. but 50 cds youd prob end up with 20-30 bucks, at one of the above places

I'm left with the task of figuring out what to do with my uncles record collection. We have found over 2,000 records, both 33's and 45's... No idea what to do with them

Plus cash? Lol. Even if every record is worth 50 cents, that's still $1000

Being a DJ that still uses CDs, I may be interested in them, especially from 80s rock on back to the 50s. Even when I switch to hard drive based library, I still need to own the original disc as per ASCAP and BMI. Compilation discs are best but I have purchased albums by a single artist. Rummage sales usually have them going for a buck a disc. Any more that that, they probably are current.
