I am wonder if anyone out there has a suggestion for a good RELIABLE company to deal with for computer issues and repairs when needed.
We are a small company with roughly 8 computers, wireless, etc. from time to time we have issues that we cannot solve or our "IT" guy ( I use the term very loosely) in our main MN office cannot fix.
We currently deal with a local company that a a very bad habit and not calling back for days and sometimes even weeks. I started calling them last Monday and they finally got back to me Wednesday. They picked my PC up Thursday and I was supposed to have it back Monday due to a bad mother board. I cannot get a call back and my boss is on my case due to me not having my computer to use.
Any suggestions would be great!
