I have no ties to the current owner I'm just so surprised what they are asking for the home, Last month it was I think 139k now its 122k :stare
This Ranch home is awesome, basement is Huge rooms are large and its built in the 50's when craftsmanship was Top Notch.
I have yet to ever find out who built it, or have yet to step into a home similar. Most Ranch homes built in the 50's are similar but this one is not...
The only draw back would be the Planes that Go over, and if you don't like Cudahy :goof

Anyone looking for a Steal check it out, I'm going to walk through it if they have a Open House. Other then that I wouldn't waste the Realtors time
