Yep, Panzer used Dodge/Plymouth narrowed rear ends. Thought that was cool!

We have small articulated machines at work with ARB air locked Dana 60's that are like 30" wide.

Yep, Panzer used Dodge/Plymouth narrowed rear ends. Thought that was cool!Very cool...what kind of gearing does that little tractor have? Does it have any numbers on the pumpkin?

Here is a similar one "restored" that was at the tractor show in Saukville over the weekend. That is the original color and our Panzer will be restored to the original color combination as well.

That rear end seems like overkill to the millionth degree.....

Yeah, pretty much. The rear drum brakes with individual brake pedals for each one is kind of nifty. I think the whole point of this tractor when it was "designed" and created was to be simple. And it is. Lots of cast iron on the thing, but most (if not all) of these vintage tractors were built like tanks - metal was "cheaper"!

Looking forward to getting it moving under its own power!

LOL overkill...

They kind of went a different direction GM did with the 3rd\4th Gen F-body rear diffs.
