Taurus PT22 Cheap

A guy at work has a PT22 for sale. He bought a long time ago, fired it like 20 times and put it away. It needed a cleaning but I cleaned it up and its in nice shape. Barrel looks good, finish isn't scratched or anything. I know new they are in the 195-225 range, what would you pay for a used one like this?

cheap enough that i would buy it! :goof or trade me for my rifle. ive seen them online about $180 average new so i dunno how old is it?
