Unemployment questions HELP !

The wifes position was terminated at St Marys and basically she was offered one months severance but she has to sign papers that she will keep confidential and she will not sue for age discrimination ..... I told her to file for unemployment ASAP and not to sign anything. Anyone know a employee rights lawyer we can consult with. I got a bad feeling on this.

I will call my sister and see if there is anyone whom she can recommend. She is vp of hr at the company that she works for, and is licenced to practice law in Colorado and oklahoma

Not it says position eliminated. They have been sued before and lost for age discrimination.
