View Full Version : Gus's Franklin or Gus's Elkhorn?

I heard weds nights there may be a nice get together at Gus's in Franklin and then there is another Gus's in Elkhorn???? Not sure but is anyone going to either of these? Do they exist?

Would be nice to see some cool cars if possible. Any start times or information would be appreciated.

Anyone want to cruise over from Pewaukee or Brookfield that would be cool too!

Gus' of Franklin on Highway 100 is Wednesday nights. If the weather cooperates its the biggest, best weekly show in the area.

Gus's Mexican Cantina is in Franklin. Its a real nice show. Its mostly the crowd from Solid Gold Mcdonalds from what I remember hearing.
Gus's Drive in is in Elkhorn. Also a very nice show.

There is no Gus's in Elkhorn only Annie's Burgertown which is a drive in. There is a Gus's in East Troy though.

The two Gus' are not the same owner, just so you know. Both places have a huge turn out. I prefer the one in Franklin.

Just checked the baseball schedule and we have a game at 6:00 and then I think I will be heading over with my 2 boys. Prolly hit 94 in Pewaukee around 7:30ish. Perfect weather!

Me and tiresmoke will be there. Getting a hand wash right now and boosting down. There seemed to be a lot of cool cars heading down. I think it's gonna be big!

Wonder why he didn't stop at the show then =( Was hoping to get a ride in the centrifugal beast.

I was there for the first time last night and i must say there was a nice array of pretty awesome cars at the show. I was mostly blown away by the blue and white original shelby cobra that was there. I ended up talking to the owner for about 30 mins. He was a very nice and down to earth old man. it turns out he also owns the coupe version in the same color.

I also saw Nikerz's black beast for the first time in person at the show. Sir, that is one clean and sweet looking beast you have there. I can't even imagine what it sounds like with blower at WOT. My girlfriend and i couldn't stop drooling over it.

I met NismoDave at oscars for a bit. I passed jay (biscuit) on hwy so I figures gus' had let out already.

Your car looks awesome! I wanted to hear yours--Cobras are the best sounding cars on the road IMHO! My shift from first to second wasnt to smoothe--some hard shifting presented itself last night?? Going to have to get that looked at.

Maybe next time we could meet up and head over to Gus's?

They said last night was the largest turnout ever!

I hand out rides pretty leniently. If you see a heavy set guy wearing some kind of obnoxious Adidas hat that would be me. You had the black LT1 with GMMG exhaust on it? Pretty sure we all saw it roll in.
