RIP Stratus...Was rear ended by a drunk driver that left the brewer game and was texting at the same time. Was at a red light with a car infront of me..saw him coming from about 30 feet full speed. Got some bruises, girlfriend had a concussion but it could have been a lot worse!

Its situations like these that could have really injured someone and yet couldve also been 100% prevented...

Yeah thats exactly what I was thinking. If I was on a bike, or someone was crossing the road isntead of me being in the way..he could have easily killed someone. He has insurance though.

I am NOT a fan of sueing people for every little thing, but bet your ass if some fucking asshole drinks and drives into me I will be calling the best lawyer in town. Drunk drivers are all stupid assholes, no excuses! We have a few of them on BCM and thats a damn shame...

Yeah im not like that either, I went to the ER last night just to make sure everything was in place and to make sure they reported my seatbelt injuries. But today im starting to hurt! lol My wrist are killing me and lower back. I am probably going to go to the doctor monday since I got some weak meds last night. The police station refuses to give me his insurance info or any info for that matter until the "final report" is done. I didint get a chance to get hat info since they took him in cuffs right after the breathalizer. :(

You will get all that info on the police report, city of Milwaukee should have it in 7-10 buisness days. I wouldn't even bother with it though, drunk driver = lawyer + YOUR insurance.

Noted, I wont sweat on getting the report. I am getting a rental car for the time being because we sold the audi and celica so we only have a motorcycle that I cant ride right now and I start my training for my new job next week :(.
