On Rawson ave today ~ 2-2:30 or so, just east of 76th street. Look like a familiar car to the board, Red with black cobra rims, debadged, big tach. Spent considerable time pulled over by a Franklin (i believe) motorcycle cop...easily 1/2 hour minimum. Still pulled over when I was done w/ lunch...
