One of the two will be on the neon in a few weeks, I personally have no experiance with either or. I'm looking for your opinion on whats better, one thing I do hear is that the ET's might work a tad better but the BFG's will last much longer...

But there are so many variables in it....

You hit the nail on the head. IMO the traction is CONSIDERABLY better with the MTs, but treadwear will definitely suffer. IIRC I got about 3k(ish), so basically one summer, on MTs when I had them on the front my neon.

LOL I had to google IIRC....

I think I drove the car maybe 1K last year, I'd imagine in the rain you gotta watch it tho. You ever get caught in the rain in your neon ?

awesomeears- clear your pm box.

hey, i have 2 225/50/15 bfgs. they have about a season and a half on them. one of them has a nail in it. and the other one is just about to the cords. both still hold air. just got a new set.

if you want them you can have them as they are doing me no good just sitting around. see if you like them, if you do buy new ones.. if you dont get the m/t.

let me know 262-949-4380

Yea it was a little sketchy in the rain but I have heard the same of the BFGs. I never got stuck or anything and its a lot better being FWD than RWD in terms of slipping around but yea really any DR is going to suck in the rain. :(

I agree.....

I think I might spend the extra $ and get the MT's
