Pretty cool- '70s Ford tow truck towing mid-'60s Continental

It was just odd to see. The Conti was olive green and a little rusty (but definitely fixble) and the tow truck was red. Spotted on 84th and National. Like a flashback...

Having towed with a 70's era truck, it's not even funny how much more capable and easy is it to tow with a modern truck....

...never-the-less, it's still cool to see an old truck doing what trucks were meant to do.

ftr, it was my 79 Lil' Red Truck towing a 71 Buick GS on a dolly. Trying to get through an intersection quickly smoked a tire, lol...
