Rev, steroids can't actually cause a heart attack. The increase in blood pressure for prolonged periods, can increase the likely hood of a heart attack or anuerism (sp?)...but haven't themselves really killed anyone. I'm not really "pro steroid" but most of the "steroid deaths" you hear about in the news etc are mostly false, leaving out things like pre existing conditions and other self destructive behavior

The heart is a muscle most steroid freaks have organ in the body that are two to three times larger than they should be,yes steroids can cause heart failure.
