Yeah. Has everything except air suspension and the rear massaging seat package and fridge.

Nice ride! We just took in an 02 GS430 with only 51,000 miles on it. They are very nice cars!

Nice car Jason! In the long run you'll be glad it doesn't have the air suspension. When I had mine, something always was going wrong with it and it felt like I spent more time fixing the air suspension than driving the car!
