Bcm track day

I think it would fun to have another BCM day at GLD. It has been a while since we did something like this. Anyone else up for it?

im a spectator but down to go. My car wont pass tech with the tires in the shape they are in now and if they dont look I dont wanna put myself or others in harm if something did go that I know is a issue right now.

I was thinking mid June through the first weekend of July on a Sunday so that more people can go. Should be a fun time. I will leave the poll open for the week, and then I will do another one for what day works for people. I wanna see that truck in person!

If I went and took my 300 I'd run ya for shits and giggles. 2006 300 w/hemi. I think it would be fun.

A few years ago I took my dads Magnum. He had Corsa Exhaust and a cold-air intake. Ran 14.01 with no traction off the line. I did a few nice burnouts but could never get the tires to hook real good. It was also real hot out the day I went. I have had a few pretty fast cars, I bought my first mustang from horseplay on this site. Had a c4 and was built to only go in a straight line haha. I'd just like to see what the ram could do, it feels decent for a big ass truck. My guess would be low 16's.

buddy had a ext cab 3.92 geared sure grip equipped ext cab 2wd and a volant CAI....went 15.2 bone stock with less than 5,000 miles on it.

On the GLD website it shows that June 4th and 5th are street tires only. That would be a good weekend. The next weekend is import wars, not sure how that would work out.

I am going to put up a thread about what day works best. It will be on a Sunday, because I want to go to this, and since I work every Saturday, any Saturday date will be out. The street tire only days they prep the track for shit....major wheel spin.

Street tire day would be the perfect day. The track prep sucks, but that's the whole point. It's street tire day. It's supposed to be similar to driving on the street, which is the true challenge for the car. The roads you drive on aren't prepped. That would be the best day to see who really can drive. All the hp in the world don't mean shit if you can't hook up.

No, thats what the goof head is for, but it wasn't much better last year. Spent alot of time and money fixing stuff that was done to it and upgrading......
