recommendations for engine replacement?

2005 Ford F150 5.4L Triton- engine blew up today. Any recommendations on who can install rebuilt engine? Any idea what this might cost?

I replaced the 5.4 on my truck a few years ago. Becasue that motor is not as common as the 4.6, you can expect to pay a bit more for it. Some places want quite a bit more.

My buddy might still have a spare 5.4 out of a 3/4 ton laying around, that should work I'll let you know if he still has it.
