I had one of these (exact same model) at a workplace for a few years.... held up pretty well. Good luck with the sale.

I have that exact box at home in my garage, got it from my grandfather. It is easily 40 years old, and the drawers slide smoother than my 5 year old ball bearing craftsman.

If it said "snap on" you would have already sold it. This is a top shelf box, but kennedy is better known amongst machinists I think.
