Hey guys I know the weather has sucked so far this spring, but I am proud to announce the official date for the annual Fox Lake Firefighters car show. This year it is Saturday, July 23, 2011!!
My uncle is still working out the particulars but flyers will be sent to me this Friday. As many of you know, I like to hit as many local car shows/ cruises/ drive ins as possible and distribute them there.
In the meantime "like" his facebook page for up to the minute information and cool photos/videos from shows past. As always thanks for all of your support and we cannot wait to see an awesome turnout from BCM in July!

Well, I'm excited for tomorrow! I'll be out there at 7am and hope to see some BCMers when the show opens up at 8am!!

Great show! Over 400 cars, food and drink prices were crazy low for a car show. Hot dogs 2 for $1, soda/water .50, can of beer $2. Then there's the muffler rapping/burnout contest at the end. This is just a GREAT show!

michelle sorry you missed it, hopefully something was there for you to look at yesterday!!

I appreciate everyone who came and represented The Greater Milwaukee Area it was truly a great send off for my uncle and memorial for my grandpa. We truly enjoyed having everyone there. I don't think I will be affiliated with the show anymore so if you are looking forward to next year you'll have to get in contact with the Fox Lake Firefighters Department. Once again, thank you everyone it really meant a lot to my family and myself!!!! Take care and enjoy the rest of the season!

Thanks for the fine words! My uncle would like to focus more on his projects and would like to be a spectator. I'm sure he would have done it for the next forty years if there weren't so many politics that come with it. He grew the show from a couple of cars to what you saw yesterday, he went out with a bang and I'm sure he looks forward to handing over the reins to the firefighters. Needless to say, if he's no longer involved I will not be either. But once again, than you everyone who made yesterday such a special day and have fun the rest of this summer!
