The event should be pretty awesome. I know I'm pumped about it. I've been talking to the dude that is running it and he's really organizing this thing the right way. I went to the Wingfest Chicago has and it was nuts and very poorly organized.
It's at Potawatomi Casino. $30-$35 for all you can eat wings and beer is a freakin awesome deal.
I'm not going to say too much yet, but there should be a really cool judge for the event. Also, one of the guys from my site will be a judge. We haven't decided who yet.
