Where to get this fixed

My buddy left this with me to try and fix it when he came here on leave. I figured out the problem just don't know how to fix it. I called Gerber but didn't really get any help and they won't replace it warranty wise.

These three screws came out along with the belt clip. I cleaned all the sand out of it and when alligned perfect the knife almost functions like it should but now the blade flips out much slower then usual.and once it's closed the push button pops out of place.

They won't sell you the screws? If you can figure out the size/pitch you can find them online i'm sure.

take it to a hardware store and tell them to find screws to fit it. lock tight them in!

It's not just the screws anymore. Now it's the actual gears/shims what ever is in it to make it flip out that is messed up.
