Hey Brad, Charter is hiring, can you forward me his resume and I will get it in the pipeline? Our openings are off shift (2nd and 3rd), but we are willing to train people with little to no manufacturing experiance as long as they are motivated!

Tell us more about this young man.

First off "OCD" is a horrible descriptor. When you say that, most people will turn him down. Is he really the type to look underneath the refridgerator every day to make sure there is no dust under there? Rather, is he "meticulous and pays strong attention to detail." Often, an individual with mild compulsive tendencies acts in such a manner because they are not channelling there abilities into anything useful and productive.

The more important questions are:
Did he graduate from high school?
Does he have any mechanical abilities?
Is he good at math/science/geometry?
How well can he communicate complex ideas?
Is he well-spoken?
What are his hobbies?
Can he lift 50 lbs or more on a regular basis?
Does he have reliable transportation?
Is he looking for a long-term commitment (think apprenticeship)?
Where does he want to be in 10,20,30 years?

vvv Answer this one and I might be able to offer a few pointers towards $20/hour jobs.
How well can he operate CAD and which one?

Most factory jobs pay starts at 12+. Super steel claims to be hiring but I don't hear of anyone actually getting hired after their job fair...

i used to be OCD, but now I'm CDO; because that's alphabetical and that's the way it should be.
