Need to transfer beta videos to DVD.

Anybody know were I can get some beta videos transferred to dvd? Don't want to send them, I prefer somewere local.

You can just do it yourself if you have a DVD Burner on your PC. You would just need to purchase the hardware/software....if you still have the Beta Player. Might be cheaper doing it yourself.

Problem is no Beta player otherwise I would do it. They were my dads videos with a lot of home movies that I don't want to lose. He was in the process over the last several years of doing the transfer. He had bought two players off of CL or e-bay. Both worked for a while but not long enough. A new player can still be bought but for several thousand.

found some in this ebay link. maybe using a vhs/dvd recorder hooked up to the beta player would work.
