When I saw the title come up I was thinking Valparaiso, Indiana, not Chile. Was a little surprised with what I saw next, but cool video, crazy how fast he's going.

You would be amazed at the videos we receive at work from different locations on how extreme some of the raves are. We have a native Guatemalan at work that goes home a few times a year and participates in events such as this
