I give up on this junk I am using and need something decent for work. My budget will only be about $200-$250, what are some good suggestions for a decent one in that price range? Thanks!

I like the Nikon Coolpix cameras. Bought my wife one for her birthday. Easy to use an takes great photos. I believe it is the S570

Not sure if this relates but my 10 year old Coolpix takes better pictures than most new cameras in the same category.....

If you are looking for easy pocket sized: Sony Cybershot T200. If you want an SLR, any Rebel with a decent wide angle lense would be a good used unit for about $200 to $250.

My understanding is you want to get the surface before and after type shots to show your work. Also want to get the whole car and "macro" details. The lense on the Cycbershot will give a good macro result. And the SLR taken in the RAW format will let you do great post processing with CS software.

I'm in on the 26th for detailing and I can bring both my Cybershot(s) and my Rebel SLR for you to try out.

I've got a canon 20d I'd part with... I've got a decent kit, and I don't really use it anymore.
