Here is the deal with out getting to much into it. I had a court case for OAR (operation after revocation). In Milwaukee this is a crime. Same as shop lifting or assault/battery. Only in Milwaukee is this a crime.

Problem is though that I missed my court date and now have a warrent out for me. I want to know if anyone here knows a lawer that works cheep that will go to bat for me and help me out so I don't have to do some time behind bar.

Anyone know? :crying

Wow. Your pretty much screwed as for the warrent aspect. Not many judges like to see that you just don't feel like showing up to your OAR hearing. You won't be seeing any time, except maybe a few days at the Milwaukee Hilton (Milwaukee House of Corrections) but they won't put you in a dirty pod. Just don't bother doing anything to get pulled over in the next few weeks.

LOL, yeah you won't be in a dirty pod because you'll be sitting in booking for 3 days. Good luck.

and for the record, OAR is a crime everywhere.

At HOC you can say hi to my friends Kura and Brian. J/K, I highly doubt they'd have you do time, probably just some community service.

Yea, first time you get caught you don't have jail time. I believe the 3rd time you get it.

just for the record i'm on my 5th one and they want 10 days of huber. But then again i have mr rupelt representing me :rockwoot: I'm not bragging about the issue but for the first 3 all they wanted from me was 100 and 200 dollar fines. God i luv being a hibitual traffic offender=no dl for 5 years. But definitely have an attorney come with into intake court and give a good reason why you missed it and they will just give you another court date, the same thing happened to me!!! And they didnt throw me in at all!

I have found out the hard way, the best thing to do is to pay your tickets on time and show up to court on time. Doing those things will lead to your best possible outcome.

And don't swear at the judge, I get to escort guys out of court for that alot, usually over small tickets like parking fines...
