2014 Mitsu Starion Rendering by me...for fun

Ok so I got to thinking, "what if Mitsu didn't turn into a bunch of pansies? Come on really? You're going to get rid of the Evo all together? What would a new Starion look like?". So I took some cues from the old one (mostly the fenders), put the corporate face on it, and BAM. RWD, 300hp, Turbo, DI V6, $33,000.

Thoughts? Notice the real deep wheels too. I also wanted the big fog lights because I loved those on the old Evos. And they are yellow because real FOG lights ARE yellow. It's not perfect, but it gets the point across.

Yeah, they have that same giant mouth. This car would be much smaller though. Think, Hyundai Genesis Coupe, little bit smaller then a Mustang.

I like...I probably would have tried to bring in some of the angularity from the later starions/conquest. Always loved the bulging feder/sharp edge looks of those things.

Thanks. I tried to incorporate the fenders as much as possible. It def could have been more angular and more aggressive with the fenders. My main goal was just to see what a Lancer would look like as a traditional coupe with Japanese RWD proportions.

Its cool, but it the back 1/3 gives me a Gen-coupe look.
