got ddm hids in wife's tb. need to know how to make them not run off daytime runners. i don't wanna crap them out.

Have to buy a a killer or mod them under the seat check out trailvoy.com thats where i got my info to do my mods still have the daytime running lights but i turn them off with the switch before i put it in drive so they dont fire up till after dark. Hope that helps i bought both cap and diode for under 5bux took about 30min to do mod, only because i have a ext and have to remove the middle seat to get ot it.

once on there the 2 guys i know that sell the DRL killer is tblazed or jetttstream if u search for drl killer there is about 30 threads that pop

most likely gonna buy tblzazed drl killer kit. saves the auto headlight feature.

also make sure u turn off perimeter lighting when u unlock/lock doors otherwise u will flash the HID's also straining the ballast's

the jetttstream kit will also save your auto lights. just have to order the right one.

Select the "DRL AUTO NO QUAD" kit to retain your factory functions. Thats who I ordered from when I did this mod in the TBSS. He is a great guy and answered all my questions via phone.

His kit will also take care of the headlights flashing when you lock/unlock to save your HID's and ballasts.

i put the capacitor in for now so i killed the drl until i order the kit.
