My old engine is out and she's for sale. It was built by the previous owner but here is what I know.
350 rebuilt to 355
Scat crank with gm rods. I don't remember who's pistons they are.
2.02 heads with the bowls cleaned up/blended a bit
Aluminum pulleys
Dart II Sportsman Intake manifold
Comp cam; I was told its a comp Xtreme 4x4 cam. Its got pretty good midrange and a decent lump in the idle.
Engine is complete from top to bottom including plug wires, distributor etc. The only thing NOT on the engine is a starter. The carb is currently seperate but can be worked into a deal on the engine.
Ran good for the <500 miles I ran it before tearing the truck down for the new engine. I was told the engine has somewhere around 15k on the rebuild, but don't know the actual mileage. Had 45-50psi oil at startup and 30when warm. Never overheated. PO had slightly more aggressive timing but it was backed down a bit since our gas is shittier (he was WAY out there). Engine needs cleaning and tuneup.

700r4 with ~2800rpm stall converter. Seemed to work fine, lockup always worked when engaged (we had it on a switch). Holds 2nd gear a bit long at part throttle but fine at WOT. I have all brackets and tv cable still attached to engine tranny combo. I don't know the brand of converter. Trans got new fluid and filter and pan gasket last summer.

Carb is a Holley Street Avenger 670cfm. Ran this on the above motor. Combination does need to be tuned, as it got cooler I had some tip in stumbling. I do not know how to do much with carbs, its better off in other hands.

Hooker Supercomp shorty engine swap headers. Fit pretty tight to the block, I think they are actually for an S10 swap. They have the coating on them. One header has some scuffing from removal and installation.

I don't really know what to ask for some of this stuff, so feel free to make an offer on anything. Worst I can say is no. I would only consider trades for ls performance stuff or possibly firearms.
Engine and trans combo as it sits; $1700
Carb : $175
Headers: $125
The engine is in my folks garage, an I'd be happy to take anyone over there to see it. Everything I pulled from the truck for the engine, will go with it. Offers are welcome

What do you need to get for the motor? I would be interested in it from the intake to pan.

Motor/trans and Carb are pending. I have a deposit, and I'm waiting for the difference.
Headers are still for sale. I also have an lq4 oil pan with windage tray and pick up tube.

Do you still have the motor or did the sale go through?

Guy from my work has made a couple payments on it, he's got one left and should be picking it up this weekend. I have the headers left over.
