My lq4 and 4l80e combo is going in, and the 355 and 700r4 is coming out this weekend. Hopefully I have everything and it goes ok. This is my first undertaking of this size, but I'm pumped to be doing it. Should be at it all today and probably tomorrow too. If anyone is bored or wants to help, hit me up.

what do you want for the old engine? Also, interested in any trades? I'm looking for an engine for my dad's project. Excellent progress by the way!!

HAven't really thought much about the price on the engine. It was built by the p.o. and has around 15k mi (4-5yrs) on his rebuild. Its a 355, with a scat crank, stock rods and .30 over pistons. Has 2.02 heads with the bowls cleaned up, and i think a newer stock valvetrain. Cam is a 4wd cam from comp, unsure of exact specs but its got good grunt and still idles fairly nice. Aluminum pulleys, Dart II intake and holley 670 street avenger to top it off. The trans is a 700r4 with a higher stall. I've only put about 500 mi on this combo, I knew from the beginning she was getting an lsx motor. I'm open to offers, and trades are def an option, depending what its for.
