My car was 10 feet from the shooting last night!

I got a nice spot outside McGillycuddy's around 5 to bar hop water st for St Pattys day.

They shut down the bars in the area around 12:30/12:45 after someone was shot right outside the door of Coyote Ugly.

I was inside Trinity when it happened, and I couldn't get to my car for an hour due to it being 10 feet from the shooting.

Crazy....sucks your car was locked up all night :( Water gets more slum like every year....every event someone has to ruin it. Sounds like a good irish boxing match was about to take place until the weakling brought out the gun :(

Back in 1991 I worked at club ( Beneath the street, Studabakers, few other names ) and after closing I would always have a beer. One Sunday night (always packed on Sundays) I get done and a bartender tells me you need to go outside right away. I knew something was up because I was also asked to play for an extra 15 minutes.

Long story short, My new van that I had for THREE days was in the middle of a shootout. She got the worst of it, hit nine times plus three windows for a total of 12.

The cops wanted me to play longer so there wasn't a rush of people outside.

The owners of the club paid my insurance deductible.
