Yucky stuff on the panel truck

So, I go to our car club board meeting and I park in the underground structure. There is what I assume to be water leaking from the ceiling onto my truck. Come out two hours later and it's some weird gray stuff that won't wash away with the washer wiper thingy. Crap! It's all over the top of my truck and the windshield. Thank God for my boss...he says it's calcium from the water and he brings some CLR and cleans it right off. Stuff is strong so I had to go to the car wash to get the CLR residue and calcium residue off. I thought the paint and glass was ruined.

that calcium residue WILL destroy paint. and quickly. its from water running through cracks in the concrete, pulls the chemicals and drips. have the problem all the time in the structure at our office
