Picked this up from buddy for dirt cheap. He has not driven it in 2 years.
1989 Caprice. 412 small block, 11.5 to 1 comp. Built 700r4 etc... Car ran 11.90 in the 1/4. Not sure how long I will keep it. Fun car to drive and pile the kids in way easier than the TA.

Haha, nice. I bet those duel 4 barrels will treat you nice at $4+ a gallon this summer, lol. I also think it needs some new wheels...

Yeah not sure on the wheels or not. I think the more people dont like them the more i want to keep them on it. Its not going to be driven much this year. With gas and all the bike will be getting the miles.

I really like the wheels and the paint, not sure about having my carbs sticking out. I would have to have a low scoop over them.

Put ET Streets and skinnies on it. I love those Caprices with big mills and slicks. Its a neat car, I just wish he would have left the car black

I know all 3 previous owners. First owner did the black paint job. 2nd owner did the flames, wheels, lowered it and put on a badass exhaust, 3rd owner who is my neighbor did nothing to it and put maybe 1000 miles on it.
I do like the slick and skinnies Idea. Probably would not happen this year though. I would like to run it at the track.

I have seen that car a few years ago. I was curious as to what happened to it....Should be a really fun car man

No. More like what Mopar had in the late sixties or what Ford had. Something that attached to the hood and let air in. A slightly raised SS style hood would prolly be best.

Ah gotcha. Car has been driven for years with nothing on it. I am not to worried. If I put 1000 miles on it this summer ill be surprised.
