Help with finding the name * Pipe Clamp for side of boat dock *

So I found exactly what I was looking for at Menards, out of all places...

It looks like this but in the center of the out side radius or half moon there is a set screw to hold the pipe.

I might be building some Channel boat piers and I have all the material down but I'm looking for hardware.....

If anyone is board try and find me some stuff that can resemble what I'm looking for

Has to be steel because that plan is to have everything in 3 pieces. The DECK ( wood ) Frame ( Steel ) and POLES that will have welded 6"x6" pads ( Light Gauge )
