Even though porn is legal , it is not in most work places. They can look through all of your stuff on your computer because they own it.

Lol, it has nothing to do with porn, or for that matter me. Can an employer go through your personal cell phone when it is locked (ie physically unlock it) and check text messages and personal emails with out your permission?

yeah, that is what I said. Happened to a friend, and they asked me about it because my sister an employment lawyer, however she is in england right now, so I couldnt ask her.
