I am looking to move into either a side by side 2 or 3 bedroom house or a Lower of a duplex in next couple of months. May consider an upper but its not preferred. Things It must have.. Central air due to my allergies and asthma. At least one decent space in a garage. One outdoor spot that is off street is also preferred but not a deal breaker.
Finally as i've said in other threads..It can only be in the City of Milwaukee, No where else due to my employers requirements. I move out of city I lose my job.... I would prefer southwest side or Bay View area. Will at least consider other areas.
If you have a duplex or side by side or even a single family ranch home. And your willing to rent it, PM me. Or if you know someone renting the above type of place let me know that also.
