IN NEEEEED of a Ford part!!!

Doing spark plugs last night on a 2004 f-250 v-10 and the small plastic fitting that comes out of the DRIVER'S SIDE valve cover to the crankcase vent hose broke. Called our Ford store this morning, and they said serviceable with whole valve cover only. Anybody have one of these laying around or know where i can get one aftermarket? I need it like now as this is my father-in-law's truck. Please PM me if you have anything that might work.

How much through Ford...??? A few on Car-part for $30-35 but Rockford is the closest location.....

no mark, it is a plastic fitting...not a rubber hose. Anyways, he is just driving it siliconed together...this thread can die now.
