I'm looking to get a small ceiling fan with light combo installed in a bedroom in our house very soon. I removed the old light fixture awhile ago and have a new fan/light I like ready to go. Got stuck looking at the mounting portion combined with the wiring. I don't like to farm out car or house work but would like to get this done before our appraisal, which might be in a week or two. Willing to bite the bullet and hire someone, anyone on here do handyman/side job stuff or recommend anyone?

Fairly easy to do, shouldn't take very long. Just make sure the box it gets mounted to is rated for the weight of a ceiling fan and if not a remodeler fan box can be installed. If you need some help let me know, I am a state licensed journeyman and am always willing to help someone out.
