Bizzar twist on a car I got for a wave runner

It turns out after a little bit of surfing its really rare.. Hemmings says there are aprox. 500 left or so.
I traded for a 92 cutlass supreme convertible to have as a back up or a future off beat project.
Anyone into the 5th gen cutlass? There are a few interior trim patrs I want to replace.
I got the top to go up and down but its a bit slow.. Are the motors hydraulic on converts? Dunno :durr site looks fvucked up?

Those cutlass verts are actually really nice. I drove one a while ago and it was a really nice riding car, and I always liked the styling on them.

My friend had a red cutty vert with black leather inside. Kind of a goofy car but it rode nice. I think the motors are hyrdraulic, he was always really nervous when using the drop for the first few times every summer.

Had a 1990 3.1 Cutlass Supreme SL for 13 years. I suppose yours is the 3.4? Loved the car. Actually traded it in in 2002 on a Silverado. Got almost $4K for it. Paid $16K for it new and got a hail damage check for almost $3K along the way. Great memories.

Well its a 3.1 but I would rather have a 3.1 vs the 3.4.. I had a few 3.4 cars and it seems I had nothin but luck with the 3.1 ..biggest issue I had with the 3.1s was valve cover leaks and a injector crap out. I got 2 people that want it . Its a comfy car runs good I was gonna keep it but my buddies offers seem to be goin up . A new top is only 200 bux it seems to of shrank a little. It looks like a pain in the ass to do though dunno if I get ambition this month ill get a case of beer and give er a try. Like I saidd it will just be a off beat project.

I always liked those cars, almost bought one several times. Cept every nice one I saw had that hunk of shit 3.4DOHC clusterfuck of a motor in them. Wouldn't take that motor for free. Loved the nice bucket seats they had in the back. Just a good looking car for that era.
