Carburetor help!

[67-400]

Bought a Holley 750, model 4150 p/n 3310-1. Well, as I rebuilt it I dropped and lost the fast-idle cam plunger spring. I can't find a part number anywhere online and I probably cant get one without buying a $120 rebuild kit. Does anyone have a garbage carb laying around, its a part of the manual choke linkage.

The choke blade is resting shut, unless I open it by hand. When I release it, the blade closes shut again.

I'm guessing somewhere along the mechanical line of how the manual choke works, this missing spring is the cause of it not holding open?
