Anyone know someone local whos competent at polishing and powder coating? I'd prefer using someone around town instead of having to ship my stuff out of state again...

My dad had his starter and alternator polished for his car, plus his intake. It was a 2 person place somewhere downtown. I'll talk to my dad soon as for where it was.

what do you want done? polishing probably call a machine shop or look under the Metal Finishing directory for wisconsin (google.com) if you need stuff powdercoated, I work at Topstreet and they do alot of powdercoating there on pretty much all sorts of stuff, give them a call 1-262-781-8413, ask for Andy (me)

Motorsport Powdercoating in Burlington did a really nice job ceramic coating my dad's exhaust. Sorry, I don't have a phone number handy.

I'll second that. Saw there work at the Borchardt's Father's Day show, and a friend of mine had some work done there...
