Apt Help for a friend Stallis area

A very good friend of mine is looking for a 1BR apt with heat. She has a 14 year old daughter that stays with with her every other weekend. Needs to be in Stallis as here daughter is in that school system. Around $ 600 a month works. She's my age and very responsible and quiet. Works full time.

There are a couple apartments open where I live. Both of them are on the second floor. There has been some drama in the past but things have quiet down quite a bit. Located on a 104th and national two blocks from target.
